Smart snacking…with a kick!

All the diet and fitness articles I read always tout Almonds as the perfect snack.

I take them on trips and to the office, where they definitely help when hunger attacks and deadlines are looming, or there isn’t anything healthy in sight to eat (airports anyone)?

High in monounsaturated (good) fats, with significant amounts of potassium and magnesium.

my favorites have a little bit of kick to them…Habanero BBQ and Wasabi & Soy Sauce. Wasabi edged closer to the camera, so he must be feeling a little neglected:)
