10 Minute Couscous Dish…Amazing!!

On the weekends, I typically make dishes to eat throughout the week; keeps us healthier and reduces the urge to reach for the microwave meals!

Here’s a new favorite: Couscous with apricots, almonds and cranberries!

Cook Couscous according to directions; do not use the enclosed spice pack. Let cool.

Chop dried apricots into small chunks (roughly 9 apricots).

Place couscous into large mixing bowl, add apricots, fold into couscous. Sprinkle half a package of your almond accents mix into the bowl
