Grilling…Sweet Potato Fries!!

One of our favorite guilty pleasures…sweet potato fries;lower in calories and fat and with more fiber and vitamins than regular fries, it’s the perfect side dish.

You will need a grill and non-stick grilling pan~

  1. 4 large sweet potatoes
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. Paprika
  5. Cayenne

Wash and peel bad spots off of potatoes, leave most of peel on; slice into 1/4 wedges.

Coat with Olive Oil, add 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne and Paprika, mix thoroughly.

Place mixture into grill basket;

Grill should be 350 degrees, turn as they cook approximately 15-18 minutes.
