Perfect to take to lunch or as a low fat easy side dish; reminds me that summer is just around the corner!
Italian Rose Mango Salsa is available at Sam’s Club.
You will need:
a large mixing bowl
- 1 can of Chick Peas
- 1/2 cup Italian Rose Mango Salsa (Mango, Red Pepper & Cilantro)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- a pinch of Dried or Fresh Cilantro
Drain, rinse and drain chick peas thoroughly, then place in mixing bowl.
Measure mango salsa mixture and place in small strainer, using a spoon to gently move the mixture around draining excess liquid.
Place in bowl with chick peas and mix. Add Salt, Pepper and Cilantro and serve!
