We have a love of Smoked Salmon, usually reserved for indulgent breakfasts when traveling. We discovered Paramount Reserve Premium Smoked Salmon at Sam’s last weekend. A two pack yields 12 ounces (which is actually a ton of Salmon) and it’s ready to eat!

Rather than going the traditional Bagel route, this time I decided to use a European take and use a dark bread, much healthier.
Dark German Wheat bread; Pepperidge Farm has a great one, 100 calories, 3g fiber and 4g protein per slice.
Add cream cheese, lemon and capers…breakfast is served!
